Technology Rich Inquiry Based Forest and Nature School Learning for the Early Years - Session B

Please join registered early childhood educators and kindergarten teachers to learn more about forest and nature school pedagogy at beautiful Swan Lake (located at 1229 Bethesda Side Road, on the south side, just west of Leslie Street in Richmond Hill).

From 5:30 to 6:30 there will be time for a light dinner, networking and a tour. 

From 6:30 to 8:30, a workshop will be facilitated by Diane Kashin and Louise Jupp from http://tecribresearch.wordpress.com/. The workshop will cover the history, background, rationale and benefits of forest/nature school learning and also include hands on experiences with nature. During the course of the evening, participants will be introduced to the integration of technology to support documentation of forest/nature school learning.
